Your safety is paramount, and we strongly advise you to immediately discontinue using your Bambu Lab A1 printer. As a trusted reseller of Bambu Lab products, Micro Center is dedicated to providing you with comprehensive support and solutions during this recall period.
To address this situation, Micro Center is offering two options for customers who purchased the Bambu Lab A1 Combo printer. You can choose the option that best suits your needs:
Option 1: Return for a Full Refund and a Micro Center Gift Card
If you opt for this solution, you can return your A1 Combo to any Micro Center store. Ideally, please bring the printer back with its original packaging and all included accessories. Upon receiving the returned printer, you will receive a complete 100% refund for your purchase. Furthermore, as a gesture of apology for the inconvenience and to show our appreciation for your business, you will also receive an $80 Micro Center gift card. This gift card can be used towards the purchase of any Bambu Lab products or any other items available at Micro Center.
Option 2: Wait for a Free Heatbed Replacement and Receive an Even Larger Micro Center Gift Card
For customers who prefer to continue using their Bambu Lab A1 printer in the future, we offer the option to wait for a new, redesigned heatbed replacement. To register for this option and be placed on the waiting list, please visit microcenter.com/site/content/bambuprinter.aspx. The replacement heatbeds are expected to arrive around late March to early April and will be available for pickup at your local Micro Center store. As a thank you for your patience and understanding while waiting for the replacement part, you will receive a $120 Micro Center gift card along with the new heatbed. This larger gift card reflects our appreciation for your extended patience and can also be used on any Bambu Lab products at Micro Center. Please note that the heatbed replacement will require self-assembly, and a helpful tutorial video from the Bambu Lab support team is available at A1 Heatbed Unit Installation Tutorial – YouTube to guide you through the process.
