To address this recall, Micro Center is providing two options, both including a Micro Center Gift Card as a thank you for your understanding and business.
Option 1: Full Refund with an $80 Micro Center Gift Card
You can return your A1 Combo to your local Micro Center store at your convenience. Ideally, please return the unit with its original packaging and all included accessories, if possible.
Upon receipt of your returned A1 Combo, you will receive a 100% full refund of your original purchase price. In addition to the refund, and as a gesture of our apology for the inconvenience, you will be provided with an $80 Micro Center gift card. This gift card can be used towards the purchase of any Bambu Lab products or any other items available at Micro Center, giving you flexibility in your next purchase.
Option 2: Free Heatbed Replacement with a $120 Micro Center Gift Card
If you prefer to keep your A1 printer and are willing to wait for a replacement part, we offer the option to receive a new heatbed replacement free of charge. To choose this option, please register your details at microcenter.com/site/content/bambuprinter.aspx.
By registering, you will be added to our priority waiting list to receive the redesigned heatbed replacement. We anticipate these parts arriving around the end of March to early April and will notify you when they are ready for pickup at your designated Micro Center store.
As a thank you for your patience and understanding while waiting for the replacement, and to further show our appreciation, you will receive a $120 Micro Center gift card along with your new heatbed replacement part. This larger Micro Center gift card offers even more value and can be used in the same way as the $80 card, towards future Bambu Lab purchases or anything else at Micro Center.
