Despite the tight deadline, we were determined to seize this incredible opportunity. We swiftly prepared a selection of Irish skibs and trivets, and despite a gulp-inducing overnight shipping fee to New York, we knew this exposure was invaluable.
The following morning, our willow creations were professionally photographed, and soon after, confirmation arrived: a Katherine Lewis willow trivet would grace the pages of Martha Stewart Weddings as the quintessential 9th anniversary gift! Katherine immediately began weaving more trivets in anticipation of increased interest.

When the magazine hit newsstands in late December and featured an online gallery showcasing 20th-anniversary gifts, including our willow trivet, we were ecstatic. Sharing the news on our Dunbar Gardens Facebook page, we received enthusiastic comments predicting a surge in orders.
