How to Order Your Royal Caribbean Gifts
Ordering Royal Caribbean gifts is designed to be as straightforward as possible. You can choose from three convenient methods:

To ensure timely delivery, especially for boarding day surprises, it’s important to be aware of the order deadlines. Generally, orders are accepted up until the second day of sailing, with the exception of flowers which must be ordered earlier. Deliveries are typically made on boarding day by 8:00 p.m., unless a different delivery time is requested (floral arrangements are exclusively delivered on boarding day). Orders placed after the cutoff times will be delivered on the third day of sailing.

Weekday Departures (Tuesday – Friday):
Cutoff time is 7:00 p.m. ET the day before sailing.
Weekend Departures (Saturday – Monday):

European Departures:
Cutoff time is three business days prior to sailing, allowing for international logistics.

For orders placed closer to the end of the cruise, gifts can be ordered up to 48 business hours before debarkation, with the exception of flowers and packages containing flowers due to their perishable nature.
Online orders submitted outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day. Royal Gifts business hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET, and Friday and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET. The office is closed on Sundays and major holidays including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Weekend, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
